What is a Psychic Attack?

We are swimming in a world of thought forms and emotional energies, not all of which are beneficial for us. In fact, we are constantly bombarded by negative and injurious energies. If you are not properly protected from these contaminants, you can be affected spiritually, mentally, emotional, physically and financially.

spiritual or psychic attack is when someone or something intentionally sends negative energy your way. All that’s really required is for someone to think negative thoughts or wish you ill for that energy to affect you – it’s the force and intent behind that energy that determines how powerful it is.

People who unknowingly send psychic attacks usually don’t know how to process their emotions whenever they feel hurt by someone, so they wish a world of hurt on that person in return and don’t always mean it.

This isn’t to say that psychic attacks can’t be willingly sent – they certainly can, and people that are spiritually experienced can wield them easily. Curses and psychic attacks are common in cultures where black magic is practiced. do we protect ourselves from the psychic influences that surround us during our every day activities? here are basic techniques (and some not so basic!) a person can learn and practice to protect themselves and their energies from the negativity of others.

Signs You’re Under Psychic Attack

Not every bad event is the result of a psychic attack – it could also be a simple coincidence or the result of a bad decision you’ve chosen. Knowing the difference will go a long way in protecting yourself, so it’s important to learn how to identify an actual spiritual attack.

1. Ongoing Negative Emotions

A series of unexplained negative emotions and bad energy randomly flooding your day is a common sign that you’re under psychic attack.

2. A Streak of Bad Luck

A sudden streak of bad luck is also a common sign that you’ve been impacted by a psychic attack.

These can be subtle, clumsy events like spilling coffee, then bumping into coworkers, locking your car keys in your car, or losing your credit card. They can also be extreme, like losing your job or having a car accident. Experiencing a series of such negative events one after the other is usually a sure sign of a psychic attack.

3. Nightmares and Paranoia

Psychic attacks can also come in the form of uneasy feelings and dreams. For example, you might have nightmares or night terrors that involve being attacked by someone.

Or you might experience unsettling and scary events as you go about your day, like paranoia, feelings of being watched or followed, or feeling jumpy as if you’ve been touched or poked by someone who’s not physically there.

You might also experience a general uneasiness about your surroundings – chills, goosebumps, negative vibes from people around you, even loved ones.

Psychic attacks are real, but you can limit their effects or avoid them entirely. Remember, such attacks are energy-based, and a great way to prevent them is by filling and surrounding yourself with love and positive energy, also the use of prayer and requesting protection from the higher forces that work within the light of divine love.

Become an observer of your own conscious thought forms, transmuting any ill percieving thoughts you may be emitting during your daily activities, That way, you’re not only protecting yourself from spiritual attacks, but you’re also protecting others from any attacks you might subconsciously send to others. for some maintaining a high band width and energy vibration can bring ultimate protection against forces that can manipulate us on many levels unseen. for many awakened individuals this can be a work in progress and so the battle begins and spiritual warfare ensues. it’s not an easy path to walk, for many of us the journey home to self is an internal battle that leaves our psyches emotionally, mentally and spiritually drained and further traumatised. yet it’s all part of the process as we walk forward in deep trust and blind faith with our healing of self, learning lessons along the way and re-remembering skills from both past and future realities.

when we walk this path, shielding and protection is the first thing we need to think of before lifting our light sabers and moving into battle. it’s time i feel to share my knowledge of not doing this and learning the hard way. if i can make it a little easier for others that’s cool!

shit happens within this arena of light and battles are often hard fought within realms we could never previously imagined before and we take our fair share of knocks, bruises and mind fcks along the way.

shielding and protection.

as a targeted individual i know personally there are forces that will pull it all out of the bag to disable and disarm you and for this reason if you are committed to your light work then you need to shield up. your light will shine bright like a beacon and if your not protected all kinds of nasties will crawl out of the woodwork to harvest energy from you by latching onto your light bodies and feeding you with all sorts of negative shit. physical symptoms such as headaches, allergies, skin lesions, rashes and feeling of all sorts crawling under and over your skin to name a few. then we have the emotional and mental thought forms designed to bring you down and put you out of action by inducing fear, self loathing and other types of insecurities and negative states of self talk and paranoia.

parasitic attachments

these ‘gremlins’ for the want of a better word can be full of trickery. you may believe you are channelling the latest new age global ascension news or master, but in reality you are being thought controlled and manipulated energetically by these beings who at the end of the day have their own agenda and you become their puppet and they the puppeteer. know thyself is all i can say, always challenge the source for it may reside in false light and be yet another enlightenment trap.

that’s life in the field of light work. the choice is as i see it, if you work recreationally without protection then you risk entity and parasitic energetic attachments messing with your mind, body & spirit. are you being targeted? that’s for you to decide, but if you know this experience is a reality then it is from that point on your responsibility as a person to protect yourself in the same way as you put a coat on when you go outside in the bad weather do you not?

in saying this and getting it out of the way here are some tips that work that will assist you to keep your energy field clear so you can working unhindered and be invinceable.

Spiritual Hygiene Is Essential.

how do we do this?

we keep our energy field clean and protected. by building up in our minds our own invocations and revocations against the social structures and programs that we are transmuting. by using tools like blessed water or oil, the use of crystals for protection, burning sage or using florida water or paulo santo around and in our auras.

soaking in epsom or sea salt baths. using prayer and mantras internally or externally, listening to high vibrational music, using our creative inspiration and visual intent to embed the ultimate protection into poems, artwork, bead work, cooking, clothes making, woodcarving etc… the idea is to keep our energy field in a consistently high vibration so that these lower astral type entities stay away, as intelligences they know they are wasting their time with you and will move on.

being busy on an ongoing process with our creative passions keeps us in high vibration as we experience joy and love in our lives for what we are doing. so does prayer, mantra and spiritual requests for protection etc. however we are stepping into our own power as divine sovereign co creators and its good to step out on our own. we have a lot of spiritual helpers who have our backs and will assist us when we ask and if we don’t and we fall then they are there to lift us back onto our feet again.

using your discernment by feeling into the energy of others is a good marker for deciding on your level of engagement with others. if your in a public place then energetically who know’s what type of energies you will expose yourself to, pull over your invisibility shield and place yourself in an inpenetrable bubble of protection.

portals

there are many portals that can have a negative impact on our well being and de stabilise you energetically. the first one is being online or watching movies, listening to the radio or music. we need to consciously make a choice as to what we give our time and energy to. things like listening to a song that perhaps promotes co dependancy, glorifies drug abuse or self harm, words have power often further amplified by various tones, frequencies and intentions which can alter your consciousness and have a negative impact on your mood and physical well being. if the radio is blasting out fear based propaganda then switch the channel.

their is a lot of spiritual advice out there try to read into the energy behind it, feel it at it’s source behind the person and remember if your not resonating with it then move on. beware of spiritual exhaustion and the you tube phd ers, your best guidance is always coming from within. trevor hall has a great song called “you can’t rush your healing!” so very true you will not evolve any faster by watching 6 hours of spiritual videos per night as your pace of evolution is coming through your higher self, so learn to listen inwardly for you guidance and dont get caught up in distractions of the realisations of others.

so …when the heat is on

thought control

is essential, so slow it down, stop and listen to your mind babbling on and on, listen, really listen, try and catch and get to know the thought patterns in your head which will repeat themselves over and over and over again. it’s time to disengage and turn them around. if you find you are being hard on yourself with self criticism, then stop right there and learn to love and forgive yourself of any blame, shame or guilt. we’re all on the path of evolving our consciousness and all this psycho babble that’s been spinning around for decades in our heads disables us from moving on. accept it, forgive, pray over and bless it all, giving thanks for the lessons learned and move on out of victimhood and away from the trauma and abuse so that you can grow and evolve and bring new energies and experiences into your life.

healing the hurt

the more we clear our issues, hurt, pains and traumas etc, then the stronger our shielding becomes because we no longer become triggered by others, by situations and events which happen in our lives personally and also in the global outside world, which pull us right back into the 3d matrix of reality entrapment. these are all enlightenment traps by design.

if your an empath, and let’s face it if your reading this then you probably are. empathy does not work in spiritual warfare! at a certain level it can be your downfall and so there is a time and a place when you may need to consciously withdraw your empathy from those who are basically psychic vampires and out to bleed you dry. use your discernment and learn to say no in situations that don’t serve your highest well being and growth. do not be a victim nor a martyr. conscious control of your energetic field involves knowing when and where and how to switch the on and off button on empathy. this doesn’t mean that you are with holding your compassion and empathy away from the human condition, no it remains in the heart protected from any situations that at that particular point in time do not serve you.

pineal gland

learn to shut down your third eye! yes your thinking whaaaat?????? ‘why would i want to do that? well here’s why, because just like our normal eyes, it needs time to rest.

an over active third eye can be detrimental to your health and pull you out of balance resulting in spiritual exhaustion & bring on mental health problems of a delusionary nature. it can bring confusion and an inability to absorb and integrate spiritual information and data received. so if your third eye feels like its throbbing or aching then may i suggest placing some soothing stone like shungite, purple flourite or obsidian or any stone you feel guided to use to clear and balance it, consider using crystals of a grounding nature if you find you are receiving galactic downloads at a band width you may be struggling to maintain! get grounded! ....go wash dishes, eat root vegetables, take a walk in nature, walk in your bare feet, take a swim in the sea, play with the dog or do something creative to allow any information you have received to integrate smoothly. you may also find just sitting in your own being-ness is all you need. to have no expectations to do anything other than sit in the silence and be who you are, so turn off your phone & dont be tempted to engage in any form of social media or endless scrolling on tik tok.

sleep is good, very very good, for often when we think we are doing nothing the actuality of it is that the body, mind and your dna is all realigning. it needs rest for this not spiritual overkill!

most important is this: the body also needs to be hydrated & mineralised with proper nutrition for the dna needs specific amino acids for to assist in it’s upgraded “sparklingess!”

negative entities

there have been situations in my life when i have experienced direct entity possession due to my own lack of spiritual hygiene, and also been a witness of them working through people around me. all this in an attempt to trigger me, mess with my head and distract me away from my healing work. at this stage in the game i can always feel something is off, the person looks slightly different, sometimes i can see that they themselves are bewildered, like “what did i just say or do?” these entities are easy to deflect for they are hiding within the energy field of the person. if you speak with them telepathically with your mind, they will react pretty nasty and attempt to pull your energetics into some bullshit toxic drama that’s being verbalised by the person they have chosen to take up house with. in a situation like this it’s best to keep neutral, don’t give them your emotion to harvest, this pisses them off. any anger or annoyance you project back to them is like throwing petrol onto a fire! they can’t get into your energy field physically for your shielded, and so they try messing with the head. love bombs work like an allergic reaction and they tend to exit with an itch as they go. however, and this is important, energetic love bombs when activated into their field can also assist them to evolve if they so choose, which is waay cool for all beings can choose to evolve. sounds all new agey and fluffy with the love bombs but hey! they work.

my immaturity in the past had me slice and splice with one hell of a sword, i would never do that now! sure i may choose to tie them into a bizillion knots and transport them to a far off void in deep space in a cube within a cube that will take a very long time to escape from, or if i’m short on time i lift them upwards for the higher forces of divine light to sort out!

Protecting Your Dreamtime.

the dream body lies within the intestines and shifting out old psychic energy from this area of your body will enhance your dream space but also revitalise you body energetically on all levels. it’s like this, think of your body like a car, you want it to perform well don’t you? and sometimes you have to change the oil, the tyres and give it it’s annual safety inspection etc. then if you upgrade your car to some fancy hi tech model you give it what it needs to function at peak capacity yes? so same with the light body and especially in relation to increasing our individual frequencies of light for the higher the bandwidth the more light we carry and information we can receive. if the vessel is not transmitting and receiving correctly their will be technical hitches which affect us on many levels of our being.

build up around your bed a protective barrier using programmed crystals. (you can also do the same with your house placing programmed crystals at the four directions of your home.) verbalise also your intentions to keep astral intruders out of your dream space reality before you fall asleep. i would never have a mirror in my bedroom for they to can acts a portals and have a history of veing used as a portal for all sorts of remote viewing, if you do then consider covering it up and placing a scarf over it at night. protecting your home.

Protecting Your Home

be wary of second hand goods, gifts, symbolic posters and ornaments you bring into your home from holidays or places of interest. always feel into the energetic of these items. i know personally during a house clearing i performed where a young teenager who lived there had attempted to take his life. when talking with him he told me he felt bad because of the painting in the living room. the dark energy had been embedded into a wedding gift of a painting given to his mother made for her by an artist who held jealousy over her marriage to another. so be aware.

you can consider ways to raise the vibration in you home using fung shui. you may decide on how you can reduce you carbon footprint and your environmental umpact based on the amount of recyclable products you use. every item in your home carries aa frequency and a vibration, consider the people who make the items you buy are they getting fair wages? should we shiift over to buying fair trade products? these are all suggestions i make no judgements here we will in a society that is consumer based at the expense of exploitation of people and the planets raw materials. we can only create the change within ourselves through right action and not being guilty by our tacit consent to do nothing.

i tend to stay away from the light and the dark scenario of duality. in as much as i give advice on shielding for light workers, i feel it necessary that i am incarnated neither for the dark or the light as get’s labelled, but out of this paradigm completely and working for the consciousness of the planet who requested assistance from walk ins like myself. we heard the call and came! simple as.

the dark has allowed humanity to evolve, to observe and make choices, the choice to say no to hatred, fear and all situations that bring suffering for humanity and move towards love. and so as part of the bigger plan both the light and the dark is all the genius of divine co creation in which we and the consciousness of earth participate.

i tend to see it as playing a game, we are immersed within an augmented reality within a mass ai construct of a sentient kind. this is from my own personal revelations, visions and multi dimensional awareness. each to their own truth, sometimes we resonate with others and their concepts of this reality and sometimes we don’t. it’s all valid and just in our own unique experiences on our personal journeying.

dna activation and the superhero

taking on board the lessons learned and in rising above them we begin to take on a little more responsibility in the light work arena. the magical self, those super hero & supernatural abilities previously lying dormant within our dna begin to open up bringing into manifestation the upgrade of a new operating system within the human avatar where we begin now to utilise some very unique authentic spiritual technologies.

and this is the battle we fought for, clearing out the traumas and deprogramming. fighting off the unseen forces that do not want us to step into our full power of becoming the divine sovereign being that we truly are.

in rising above we assist the collective and our soul family, our brothers and sisters to do the same. in rising above we take the next step on that ladder which brings into our consciousness new awarenesses, concepts of reality and spiritual gifts, downloads and realisations which bring us closer to that ‘higher love’ and merging us deeper into unity consciousness and our divine sovereign be-in-ness and i am presence.

hypersensitivity to emf’s

for those who are particularly extra sensitive to all kinds of electro magnetic frequencies( emfs) and extra low frequencies (elf’s). now i could surely go down the road of conspiracy theory but i choose not to. this is for your own personal research. the realm of conspiracy theory in as much as it can assist people to become awake and aware which it does a great job of doing, obsessing and focussing too much of your time can pull you into a never ending loop of research which does little to serve your spiritual aspirations.

i have however gathered together the following advice for you based on my own experiences of hyper sensitivity to particular devices.

step away from your tv, your smart phone and run your internet from a cable. these devices in themselves are portals where specific targeted energies can come through from frequencies and tones. electro magnetic smog as you know can seriously mess with your thoughts, focus and concentration. buy a emf meter to monitor your exposure then begin to work out practical things to reduce you daily exposure.

the main effects of radio frequency and electromagnetic fields that you have most likely felt is the heating of body tissues. high-level emf exposure is known to cause neurological and physiological problems by disrupting human nerve function. research has also shown it can distort your mitochondria and mutate your blood cells. believe you me i have personally walked down this path which is an energetic nightmare! if you live close to a telecommunications transmitter then it could be time to move house. if you live in an apartment then blocking these frequencies using specialised paint or foil or anti emf clothing could help to minimise your exposure to them coming from your neighbours devices.

blocking the frequencies coming into your physical body can be achieved using a shield of fine stainless steel mesh type cloth that is easily inserted as lining into hats and clothing.

build up a grid of orgone energy around your home with orgone devices. it is best to make your own orgone for the small pieces that you buy can be expensive. i suggest making your own orgone bubbles made simply with either bees wax and a layering of small metal shavings or coils and organic matter. another way to make inexpensive larger pieces is by using concrete cement with a mixture of magnetite powder, iron oxide and shungite powder and again a good layering of mixed metal shavings and organic matter set inside the concrete. they can again be amplified by exposing them to infra red and ultra violet lamps to further charge them. these orgone bubbles are real emf blasters and with a few around your home you should find relief and ongoing protection. mike emery’s work provides build instructions for these masters (google him using mike emery bubble orgone tech)

a lot of these frequencies are transmitted through the airwaves so finding ways to block them coming into your body needs to be explored. get the heavy metals out of your system plain and simple for they attract many unsavoury frequencies into your body.

i recommend a heavy metal detox, (zeolite clay or similar of a small micron size so it gets through into the blood pulling heavy metals out of the whole body and not simply going into the digestive tract only). other cleanses i would say are a must do would be a colon and parasite cleanse, throw in some fungal removal herbal remedies and that should clear a lot of the nasties etc out of your body.

for those of you who live in cities where there are a lot of traffic fumes and chem trails, detox needs to be an ongoing thing, the toxicity coming from the trails is in the local water supply and growing into your food as it lands on your crops.

these type of frequencies can be detrimental to our overall well being over a period of time and it’s important to eliminate our bodies exposure to them and keep them as low as possible. from a spiritual level they are discordant with the high frequency energetics which are evolving our current level of consciousness making it more difficult for the body to upgrade. for many people living in cities whose bodies are polluted and exposed to this type of ongoing toxicity of an electro magnetic level…well it’s not good, in many ways it could be seen as a way of delaying your spiritual evolution, however humanity as a collective species, is already evolving for it’s destined
